QR Force ("we", "us") operates a Dynamic QR Code platform that lets you create, manage, and track QR codes. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you create an account we collect your name and email address. When you create QR codes we store the content, styling, and destination you configure. When a QR code is scanned we log standard request data such as IP address, device type, operating system, browser, and approximate location.
We use your account information to provide and secure your account, to display your analytics, to generate aggregated scan reports, and to send service-related notifications such as your weekly scan summary.
Scan data is associated with the QR codes you own and is visible to you through your dashboard. We do not sell scan data to third parties.
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.
We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (such as hosting and email delivery), under agreements that protect your information, or where required by law.
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest and restrict internal access to authorised personnel. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
You can view, update, or delete your QR codes and account data from your dashboard at any time. You may request export or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
